Position Description:
The SCM SAP/Order Management Analyst will be responsible for assisting the VOR and Uptime Assist team on escalation inquiries and Order Management Modernization project
Skills Required:
VOR Case Resolution Proactive Communication Order Management Modernization Project Support System Utilization
Experience Required:
3 Years Previous experience with SAP CRM or SPP preferred
Experience Preferred:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successful customer interaction Comfort level in directly contacting dealers to facilitate transactions and resolve customer issues Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems, including Microsoft Dynamics, Bill of Material System, D2D Link, Electronic Catalog, and order processing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education Required:
Associate's degree or higher preferred
