Position Description:

  • Constraint Management, Factory Information System and IIOT Monitoring Implementation, Act as liaison with Controls group to coordinate all controls and FIS updates
  • Coordinate and manage updates to FIS extended properties for New Model Programs
  • Ensure FIS is aligned with each plant's simulation model.
  • Global FIS planning & costing support and coaching for other regions
  • Review and approve ACRs for FIS Applications
  • Review and approve all FIS pilots (reports, versions, etc.)
  • Lead quarterly FIS reviews with N.A. Plant ME Managers and FIS Administrators to share Specification changes, FIS
  • Strategies, and collect plant feedback
  • Contribute and support the L2, L3, & FIS Strategy & Governance Meetings to provide assessment, needs, and wants for Final Assembly Engineering

Skills Required:

Constraint Management

  • Support all Executive Constraint Management Meetings
  • Director of Manufacturing (DOM) Constraint Management Reviews
  • POP Committee o Roll-out new versions to DOMs and Plant Personnel
  • Assist plants with developing & interpreting Executive Throughput Packages
  • Review plant Executive Throughput Packages during bi-weekly FAE Constraint Review
    Constraint #1 Action Matrix
    Constraint #2 Action Matrix Any Significant FAE Issues/Losses
  • Develop and maintain the Executive Throughput Package Pro Forma, including all Single Point Lessons and attachments
  • Maintain & update Productivity Operating Process / Constraint Management web based training for FAE.
  • Maintain Productivity Operating Process SharePoint website for Final Assembly documentation.

Experience Required:
3 years of experience in Constraint Management and Factory Information Systems.

Education Required:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.


Fully Onsite. Travel - Both, local and out of state, combined 70%.
