Description:

Responsible for the administration and/or coordination of multiple parts and projects. Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage and facilitate project meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence, identifies and resolves technical problems. Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately. Work under general supervision; typically reports to a team lead or supervisor/manager.

  • Track and analyze multiple types of data.
  • Charting and reporting data.
  • Track, chart KPI Targets.
  • Work directly with manager to track / chart Workorders to ensure on time delivery.
  • Help order and track departmental inventory for material and consumables.
  • Utilize and maintain radar charts to identify departmental training progress

Requirements:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in automobile manufacturing or a related area.
  • Demonstrate ability to oversee a small project or phases of a larger project
  • Demonstrate ability to define and manage scope, timeline, tasks, and guide resource assignments.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead a team effectively on project objectives and activities.
  • Microsoft office products, CAD Skills (NX and Teamcenter preferred), Strong problem-solving skills, Effective Communication skills
